Production Philosophy

Our farm began with a simple but ambitious dream: to restore abandoned land, safeguarding its spirit and respecting its natural cycles. From that moment on, every decision, every action, every harvest stems from a profound respect for the environment, rural tradition, and the genuine quality of our products.

Organic Farming. No Compromises.

As soon as we arrived in Salea, we started from the beginning: clearing the land, letting it rest, and then nourishing it only with natural fertilizers. From that moment on, we chose the path of organic farming, without compromise.
Our vineyards and olive groves have never known the use of chemicals: we fertilize with field beans, return pruning residues to the soil, and work in harmony with nature’s cycles.

All Done with Our Own Hands

Everything is done with our own hands: pruning, harvesting, and every daily care. Mechanization has no place here: the steep, stony land makes it impossible to use large machinery. But this “difficulty” is actually our strength: every grape and every olive is the result of careful, artisanal work that allows us to keep alive the bond with Ligurian farming tradition.

An Honest Wine

This dedication is also reflected in our products. One day, a great Piedmontese oenologist, after tasting our Pigato, described it as “an honest wine.” It is the adjective that best represents us: sincere, fresh, fragrant, free of artifices, able to tell the story of our land just as it is.

Heroic Viticulture

Our work is recognized by official certifications such as Bioagricert, which confirms the authenticity of our organic journey, and by our inclusion in the network of Heroic Viticulture, which protects and promotes vineyards cultivated under extreme conditions, where nature sets the pace and humans must adapt with respect and resilience.

Our production philosophy is simple: to work in harmony with the land, with humility and passion, in order to offer wine and oil that are not just products, but authentic stories of territory, family, and nature.
