Pigato DOC from Albenga
Pigato is the symbolic grape of western Liguria, the highest expression of winemaking in the Albenga area. Rediscovered in recent years for its elegance and its ability to achieve outstanding quality, it is a wine that embodies both identity and territory. Our Pigato DOC is born from:
- organic cultivation, without chemical products;
- pruning according to the Simonit & Sirch method, which respects the vitality of the vine and makes it self-sufficient;
- a unique soil, red and rich in minerals, which imparts freshness and character;
- an artisanal and gentle winemaking process, to preserve the purity of the grape;
- a small production, cared for in every detail.
The result is a wine that a renowned oenologist once described as ‘sincere’: fresh, fragrant, authentic, and able to tell the story of the land that gave birth to it, without artifices.
Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil
From the care of a centuries-old olive grove, restored and enriched with new Taggiasca plantings, our extra virgin olive oil is born — a true symbol of Liguria. We produce it organically, with:
- hand harvesting;
- same-day cold pressing;
- manual bottling;
- minimal use of plant protection products.
The result is an oil with a delicate, harmonious fragrance, able to enhance every dish and to convey the true essence of Ligurian tradition.
Amaro (Italian Herbal Digestif)
Our land preserves recipes and traditions that deserve to be passed down. A lady from the village told us about the ancient custom of preparing an infusion with olive leaves, once considered a natural remedy by the inhabitants of Salea. From this memory, our artisanal amaro was born, crafted by Pio with care and passion. All the ingredients come from our garden and from the Mediterranean scrub that surrounds us:
- olive leaves;
- myrtle berries;
- citrus peels.

Honey
Our beehives, set at the edge of the woods and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, gift us a fragrant, natural honey. It is still a young project, but one that reflects the same love and care we devote to our wine, olive oil, and amaro.
